I was a first-time buyer of this brand. I received a confirmation email of my purchase but when I didn't hear anything about dispatch a couple of weeks later I got a bit nervous as I had believed my item to be in stock and ready to go. I contacted Linennaive and they said my dress would be ready for dispatch later that week. When I didn't hear anything back at the end of the week I contacted them again and they said it would be ready at the end of the week again. In this case, it was ready, and once shipped, it arrived promptly. The dress was beautiful and matched what I had seen on the website. It had some beautiful gold detailing on the lace trim which I hadn't been able to see in the stock photos. My advice to Linennaive would be to make it clear whether items are in stock or need to be made, and what the making time is so that you don't buy and then get anxious. However, overall I was very pleased with the item I received.
