First shipment & Second shipment
First shipment. Item was not at all perfect. Red etching was imperfect. Called they sent an immediate replacement after I sent pictures. Great. Came within days. Second one came and they never cleaned the item after the etching and paint was put on. Needed to be cleaned. Not happy but was better after I cleaned which I feel they should have done before they sent out. They should inspect their work and quality.
