I’m disappointed and still hopeful that this can be resolved. I purchased a wooden frame bed with bedhead and have received only the bedhead for $1,500. My communication has been met with a badly written email stating they have sent me the correct product, which is clearly not the SKU on my invoice nor what I have photographed next to my receipt of payment.
