-Pros Responsiveness, the team has a brilliant response time. The local team (Mexico) was supportive with the workers. Escalation management - the team rapidly gathered the pertinent team to resolve the issue at hand, higher management was extremely proactive in providing solutions. -Cons Translation mistakes on certain local contracts. This one in particular didn't sit well with anyone (Employees, Client and us (EOR partner)) as it raised trust issues. This is a critical piece in terms of compliance, quality and demonstrating expertise. Once the translation issues were resolved we still found typos, which delayed the onboarding process a bit. Contract edits - we had to request multiple edits and the system didn't allow. Documents were coming via email and platform which was a bit confusing. At someone we didn't know which document was the final version. Quoting - although there's an online calculator, we were asked to request a quote separately, which defeats the purpose of the calculator. I've requested a confirmation of numbers for Chile (2 days have passed and we still don't have numbers).
