I like to thank you to Cheryl, who have supported me a lot. I had the problem on my plasma and she gave me the detailed guideline to find out the root issue. Withe the back and forth email exchanges, I finally found out the issue was on the motherboard of the central unit. And I changed it with the new mother board and it is working well.
