Fraudsters!
Terrible quality of printers, terrible software, even worse support. Creator 3 Pro, one of their more expensive printners doesnt work out of the box - left extruder skipping steps, no adhesion to bed. Support claim that hotend has 3 months (!) of warranty. Buy anything but not flashforge junk.
