Good customer services
I recently bought an SD2 DAC. With all the marketing and advertisement, I thought I would give it a try. It worked well and then I got some funny behavior when I switched from Apple Music to Shazam to listen to some tunes. It started blinking and the music stopped. It was not a big deal but when customer service reached out to ask about my satisfaction, I told about what happened to me. To my surprise an answer and a solution were given to me within hours. I am really satisfied now
