I bought a 35$ Nintendo Eshop topup and got scammed. They gave me a faulty code. I can't even submit a ticket on their website because I can't even type in my name in their submission form. Please contact me asap and either refund me or give me a replacement code. (Update: I've received a replacement code today on April 2nd 2024. I would suggest if you are planning to buy e top-up code for things such as nintendo, steam etc, use codashop for less risk of error. They have a plethora of topups on offgamers thts true but since there is implementation of code from physical code topup in the form of a photo, it is prone to more faulty codes. I say this from my experience with other sites and services. Use other fast topup sites if you are in urgency; theres sales going on so you want to buy the relevant topup quickly etc. Use offgamers for when you're not in a hurry or for the vast amount of topups they have. I've been a customer of offgamers since the past and this experience has made me somewhat cautious of buying from offgamers if i need a code urgently. Overall, site is good, plethora of options but like I said, theres risks to faulty code as well. )
