In my dispute email to them, they said I don't open a dispute about my transaction went wrong, after 5 days I made a dispute. What a clown company!
I open a dispute about the seller send item not as advertised. The seller even agreed for a return & refund. But after 5 days, I got an email from Carousell said they already transfer the money to the seller, because I don't open a dispute about the transaction. The funny thing is, they told about I don't open a dispute, in the same email, as a reply in the email I wrote about my dispute 5 days earlier. What a clown company this is. Don't ever trust that Carousell care about their users. All they care about are money. That's all. Worst platform & customer support ever!!!
