Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience. I ordered a necklace for a friend about 2 1/2 weeks before her birhday. I got it two months after her birthday! They said it was because one of the items I ordered was a pre-order. Even after I reached out about the delay, they still wouldn't send the product until the pre-order was done. I would never had ordered the extra piece had I known they would delay the whole order. Also, the quality of the jewelry was disappointing.
