Don’t go with their unlimited plans
Don’t go with their unlimited plans. It’s like signing a shady contract, they mention there is a fair usage policy but it doesn’t state anywhere what this implies. After you put in your shopping bag, in very small letters it states there is a hard cap of 1gb per day, afterwards your data usage gets throttled. Well it gets throttled so badly that it’s unusable. Tried contacting customer service but no help. It also claims 5G is available. It’s available for like 2 seconds and then it switches back to 4G. All in all very bad experience. Do not buy from this company!!! Update: I disagree with the statement that you guys have delivered as stated on your website. The page claims I should reach data speeds which correspond with 5G/LTE. I just did a speedtest my speed reaches a 0.02mbps. Therefore this esim is completely useless once you hit the 1gb cap.
