Missing items, no refund. Total scam expierience
I ordered 10 boxes of e-cigarettes (10 pcs per box), worth around €800. The package arrived with only 9 boxes inside, meaning I was missing €80 worth of product. I immediately contacted support. After over a week of back and forth, I was told there’s nothing they can do because I didn’t film myself opening the package. They claimed everything left their warehouse correctly and basically accused me of lying. So let me get this straight. I’m supposed to record an unboxing video every time I order something, otherwise I risk losing money and getting zero help from customer service? Absolutely unacceptable. They refused a refund or reshipment, even though the issue was entirely on their side (missing item in a sealed box). Do NOT trust this company, they take your money and deny responsibility when things go wrong. A total scam-like experience, and I wouldn’t risk ordering again. Stay away.
