I purchased a flat mop bucket from Joybos back in January 2023. It was great, worked well but one of the double drains began to leak and I couldn't use the bucket. I reached out to Joybos and was able to purchase new drain plugs and rings. They arrived a couple days ago and I installed them and there is no leaking! I'm so pleased that I can use this mop again.
