Feels like a hit or miss platform. Only after payment I received the notice that the transaction still needed verification and that starting a chat with customer service would speed up the process. No indication about lead time I could expect. Also received an extra mail that my email address needed verification. Didn't act on any of these requests and 15 minutes later I received the ordered item anyhow. So for me this raises some questions on the whole buying process. Giving more information and transparency on how the purchase and ordering process goes upfront would give me more trust in the platform. (or if it is indicated I completely missed it) In the end it turned out well (with a valid key), but I'm glad I had an insurance with my credit card in case it would go bad.
