Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Destination stated was Hatten Hotel but end up to Sentral Station which was a 25 minutes driving distance from the stated destination.More interesting, the bus captain just casually replied "Just take Grab lah". On return journey, the bus showed up for less than one minute and then drove off. No refund was made till today! Horrible!
