Difficulty with Renewal on- line form
Thus for was Easy to complete. BUT!!!!! I wanted to do renewal on line. The Website kept taking me to beginning after filling in the whole form & adding acceptable photo. PLEASE fix asap. I was not happy. I was totally frustrated & could not brlieve yhe problems. It’s inexcusable!! A waste of my time but more importantly a waste of the hime beeded to process a osoer msiled kn spolication. What is wrong with the State Deoartment! You sre supposedly working for all of us cituzens. It’s inexcusable snd a ewate kf our taxpayer dollarszs. Plesse respond!!
