I did tell them in my last response; It’s obvious now how their scam works: “you advertise higher quality items at inflated prices, then ship cheap, incorrect products, often resembling fast fashion brands like SHEIN. When customers complain, you offer only a partial refund (usually around 30%), knowing that many people won’t bother with the hassle of returning the item, especially if the return process is complicated or costly. This allows you to offload low cost inventory and still make a profit, even after the refund”
