Do not trust
Company cannot be trusted and advertised their Bullion Savings Programme as not having storage fees. They later just added extra fees and mandated me to sell all my holdings otherwise. Customer service admitted that the extra fees were added later and no communication was conveyed to customers. These fees were not made known to me in advance and neither did they seek my acknowledgement and just charged me anyways. Buy from another company and keep your own Gold yourself.
