the sales person there was really friendly and offer me multiple choice as a really picky person it took me awhile to choose what type of lock i want and the sales person shmily was very patient and the installer ken was was helpful even thought i keep asking a lot of question he answered me patiently while he was installing the lock. the staff here are friendly, patient, efficient i will definitely recommend my friends and family to purchase digital locks from yew digital lock !!
