Ordered makeup bags on 30 Oct £25.98, payment taken £32.48 on 3 Nov, queried non delivery on 2 Dec as tracking emails stopped on 27 Nov. Received email straight away saying they will resend… this raised my suspicion which lead me to read their Trustpilot reviews! Raised dispute payment with my bank today and will be receiving the money back through Mastercard within 2 days. If you’re seeing ads on social media - don’t order via clicking the link. Go to the company website instead to place your order… these social media posts can very commonly be cloned ads.
