I placed an order on 11/28/24. Received the free gift, but still have not received my order as of Jan 7. I have emailed several inquiries and have had no response. Today I called the customer service number and no answer, no voicemail to return call, NOTHING!!!! UPDATE 01/23/25 STILL NO RESPONSE FROM JOYBOS!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! I ASSUME THAT I WILL NOT BE REINBURSED OR THE PRODUCT REPLACED! If I hear from the seller, I will update my review. In the meantime, this company is a SCAM!!
