Witholding my funds from an account…
Witholding my funds from an account they closed. Multiple outright lies I have been told from their supervisors. Was specifically told on August 3rd that they finally mailed my check that day August 3rd after I did not receive it I called and am.now being told they issued the check yesterday on August 9th. They are withholding my money past the time frame set forth by themselves in thei ownr police and procedures. Chime is a poorly run business with a level of incompetencies that is beyond my understanding and a huge english language barrier exists among their staff. And Chime save your scripted response!
