Bad experience with lazada customer service. I purchase goods, but delivery delay again and again. I even select 7-11 as collection point, but thr remark given to me is traffic busy, what rubbish is this. It has been nearly a month. No solution, only answer is WAIT. Even asking for refund also cannot as they said good is on the way !! Very unreasonable customer officer's reply.
