Terrible customer service
Rug arrived in a repeatedly retaped, mangled looking box. Loved the rug, but it was the wrong (much smaller than ordered) size. Took repeated complaints (and threats of media posts) to get a response, then a return code, and longer for refund. Never got a polite response, or offer of correct size delivery (I would have happily paid for another, if that had happened in a reasonable time frame). Terrible customer service, and I suspect wrong delivery was deliberate.
