No payment for warranty works
We’ve always trusted SOFAR Solar products, but our recent experience has been disappointing. After replacing two inverters under warranty in July and August, following all their procedures, we are yet to receive payment for the work. The last communication from them was in October, with no signature or clear follow-up. Despite our repeated efforts, there has been no progress.
