I am likely to be an occasional user at the moment and I found the free minutes really great for my specific application and it was very useful to be able to try out the Sonix system in this capacity and test drive it for possible future applications. I have sound and video engineer/editing experience and appreciate something that 'just works', is reliable and produces the expected result. Your product stood out for me (amidst several other flimsy, inefficient trials with others) My need was to transcribe Hebrew with background music, Sonix did a great job and with 100% accuracy.
