Cate was so helpful when I went to pick up my books. She let me park in the store manager's spot as they had just popped out. This meant I could go in to the store to browse which obviously led to more purchases and meeting the delightful young Chinese girl who was minding the store! A very helpful sweetheart. So its 5 stars from me as always being a long standing customer. I'd buy the books anyway due to the wide selection but meeting 2 lovelies on top of it all surely made my day.
