Daniel was fantastic!!!
I worked with Daniel and he was incredibly knowledgeable and solved my problem quickly with installing MS Office quickly. He carefully and accurately explained over the phone what I needed to do on my computer so that the software could be installed. I'm not fast with computers and he was very patient with me.
