Customer service was very good. Simplified instructions and prompt response. I was unable to make the product work and in spite of all the suggestions kept getting the "Turn on the debug" option which was on but not responding. The customer support was excellent and helped me back up my android wirelessly. Very good response time with simplified instructions.
