Product looks NOTHING like the advert!
Ordered a set of twins from this site. They turned up and looked nothing like the picture on the website. The excuse was "Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, there may be slight differences between the real dolls and the pictures on our website. These differences are unavoidable" This is absolutely appalling. My daughter is now very disappointed, spending over £100 on these, I would expect that they resemble the advertised picture. An offer of a 10% refund is an absolute joke.
