I ordered an electric cycle from this company 1.5 months ago and still have not received my order or a refund. Every time I contact customer service, they tell me to “wait one more week,” but nothing changes. There has been no proper update, no delivery, and no refund. Very disappointing experience. Be careful before ordering from this company.
