Shipping and customer service SUCKS. I ordered an item on May 22, 2026 and while the website states fast shipping (2-5 days with shipping it same day if you order before 2pm)...HAHAHA, joke is on you, they don't. And yes, I gave them grace for the holiday in there. I still have not received my item and its now June 2, 2026. I have called and emailed and they keep giving me the run around and stating that they handed off the item to USPS (they need to NOT use USPS) and they have no control over it. This place has horrible customer service and LIES about their shipping times.
