I'm on my third Take Back bag and so far, so good. I had a snag with my last label / QR code and it was resolved quite promptly. (Did not ever assume that the bags would come with a return shipping label; printing one does not seem like too much to ask.) I have not leveraged any "closet cash" as my goal is to remove/recycle unused clothing, accessories and fabrics - not replace them with any more items. Thank you!
