Bus delay for 1hour30mins & didnt get any notice, We missed the bus & cant get refund...
Bought 8pm bus ticket..... We reach at 7.30pm (30mins before departure time) Waited for 1.30mins++! We make message & tons of call to customer service! Next day, get reply from Easy Book : Cannot refund because bus 've reach at 9.15pm. Ridiculously, we didnt get any notice of bus being delayed. PLEASE MAKE REFUND !
