I was really impressed by how transparent and communicative the Gilly sourcing team was throughout the entire sourcing process. They kept me informed every step of the way, providing regular updates and never leaving me in the dark. And when any issues came up, they were quick to proactively address them. I always felt like I had a clear understanding of where things stood, which gave me a lot of confidence in their abilities.
