Received a defect Poooliprinter XL without refund
Won't recommend bying printers from this company! Ordered til Poooliprinter XL, but it cannot print HD quality. It works with the other functions, but they are so bad quality that I can't use the print for anything. Contacted the company to solve the issue and have send information, pictures and videos to them. They are slow to respond and when they finally do respond, they ask me to test the product again and send new pictures. They even keep asking me to test it on an Android device, when I explained to them several times that this is not doable for me, as I don't have one and don't know anyone who has. It has been going on for a couple of months now and I don't think they are going to do anything about the fact, that I received a damaged product. Haven't even received a refund or return label, so I can ship it back. Worst money I ever spent on a defect product. DON'T BUY A PRINTER FROM THIS COMPANY
