I received my order FINALLY after waiting a very long time. The hair quality is not good. The red I ordered was so dark the hair looks like its black. They advertised a brighter red. The wig is giving cheap quality. When it arrived it smelled like cheap plastic. I will not be purchasing again from this company. Really bad experience.
Bought a wig and then received a funny FedEx tracking number. I just saw a review that is very similar to my situation. They told me the carrier “lost my item” and they’ll re ship my item. I do not believe I am getting anything because I’ve been scammed before this way by another company. It’s becoming hard to tell who’s going to scam you now a days because these people put up business websites and promote on social media like a normal business would. From the moment I received a funky FedEx tracking number I had a feeling I was not getting a wig. It’s been a week since I ordered mine and no wig. Document everything and file a dispute with your bank. These scammers are getting really good at scamming. Please do not buy from these people they will scam you.
