My .sg domain was taken down without…
My .sg domain was taken down without good reason, even though registration was done properly and no pending details were required. Vodien then emailed for details in the morning, but immediately took down the domain unilaterally without giving me enough lead time to respond. It resulted in my website being unavailable and breaking business continuity. This is disgustingly poor customer service. I’m extremely disappointed in Vodien. This does not inspire confidence and trust at all. I will be looking into options to transfer all of my domains out of Vodien, to another domain provider who’s more competent and reliable.
