Received a replacement battery for a Samsung phone amazingly quickly. The tools that appeared to come with the kit as shown on the website didn't arrive. I have tried to contact them on their info address for 3 days in a row and haven't got a reply. Apr 25th Over the week, I have received emails and a WhatsApp message apologising for the mix up, which were professional and nice. They said they would send me the tools in a second package. And good to their word, the package arrived this morning. I'm very happy with the way they sorted out the problem and will use them again, no bother.
