I had an issue with the slide extension on my F1 so I contacted Xtool customer service. An assistant called Jennifer asked the relevant questions and decided a new part was warranted. This part was sent quickly and I received it in a reasonable time scale, China to Spain, and now my slide extension is working again as it should. Many thanks for the efficient and painless customer service not often found these days👍👍
