No clear guidance on returns and lack of customer support
I’ve ordered 3 dresses and never received a confirmation email. They arrived 3 days ago and unfortunately non of them fit which is fine, but I’ve been trying to return them and have no clue what to do now. I have no idea what the return address is or how to even get a refund issued. I’ve contacted them on their support email two days ago and am yet to receive a reply, I’ve contacted them twice now . Their customer service email is the only one I could find and they’ve still not contacted me back .
