Very dissapointed
Very dissapointed. A scam, Internet fraud. I paid in good faith, RatePunk Collected but not delivered. I requested my refund they ignored. I received unsolicited information about benefits and discounts available for air travel, which seemed legit and reasonable. I purchased the offered service and followed their direction for proper use. I did not get any of the results as advertised, nor access to the page or panel with the expected valuable infomation. I contacted by mail expressing my concern and asking for help in using the product, to no avail, no results. This is frustating after considering a Bona fide offer entered in good faith. As I recognize good service, I denounce wrong doing and bad business pactice. Thanks, Valentin Bartra
