Three ineligible claims
I submitted 3 claims. It took them 4 weeks to deny them. I pay 120$ a month and I have already paid my vet almost 1000$ for services. My dog had diarrhea took him to the vet he had worms. Got medication. Next claim he had an ear inf got medication and then an eye inf. More medication. They said I wasn’t eligible. What does that mean? I have complete coverage. They don’t explain why it’s no eligible. I am not happy and I WILL be canceling this ins on Monday when they open. Don’t recommend them at all.
