So far I am not impressed
So far I am not impressed with the Songmont's handling of my order. I placed an order on the 7th of April. Then it was radio silence with no updates. I decided to email them to ask about my order on the 17th of April (that's 10 days later). No reply, just an automated message saying my order has dispatched. Today is 22 of April and no update as to when I can expect to receive my order. As a customer I didn't receive a Wow service.
