I paid for a full membership (as most of the features I needed were paid features). Turns out they mislead people on what they can do. They could not unlock any of the phones I had, could not recover or backup the memory of any of them either. They absolutely lie about their 7 day refund policy. They claim to do so but will deny it for any reason (I requested a refund two days after purchase as I could not use their software). They then claim that the 7-day refund policy only occurs if there's a overt technical error - which is not made clear in their polices. And when it is, they will have an AI answer you and refuse to reply. Absolute scam. I basically have to file a chargeback via my bank. Edit: As I am not allowed to reply to them. They do not provide any fairness. They are deliberately misleading in their refund policies (no where does it say "within 7 days AND Technical issues/etc for refunds" - they just claim to 'infer' it and they do not openly state that technical issues do not belong with incapatibility, hardware, software difference which they are not clear about in the free version, etc), their disputes do not allow you to attach anything but 500 characters and 5 pics.
