Great customer service...
I had ordered a a sweater according to the size chart and it was huge. Emailed Goelia and asked for a return label but they refuse to provide it, after about 5 days of back and forth communications, they agreed to refund the shipping cost to paypal. I have to say though it's a tidious process. Glad I got my return done and shipping cost refunded. Customer service was great and polte throughout the process but you really have to be persistent to correct something that's clearly not the buyer's fault. I am waiting for Goelia to provide free return shipping, before that I will be hesitant to order again. BTW this is not the first time I ordered from Goelia, the last shipment I have to return everything at my own cost because everything was HUGE.
