Is it a Stalling Tactic? Am I just getting scammed?
I'm wondering if it's a stalling tactic... They allegedly started a refund for an item that they say is out of stock when I enquired about it not being shipped within the 3 business days of confirmayion of order. Today messaged me via WhatsApp to say they will ship it out as they've checked their stores. After confirming with them that I would be happy for them to ship it TODAY... I have NOT received a shipping notification... So am still wondering if I'm just getting scammed???
