Ordered BD cake one week in advance
Ordered a BD cake one week in advance. Waited for the cake..and nothing. After 5 emails finally received an answer: Dear Friend, Hello. We are writing today to sadly notify you that there was a shipping issue. Our shipping partner UPS neglected pick up the prepared shipments from our bakery for gifts set to be delivered today April 14th. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The gifts will be picked up today April 14th and will be delivered on April 15th. Who needs a BD cake NEXT DAY!!! Successfully ruined such important day. Never again!!!
