Great product, great customer service!
I've been enjoying my Hyper R45 wheelset for the past 5 months. They are faster at speed, spin up more quickly, and just plain look better on my bike compared to my previous wheels. They've made me fall in love with my bike again. When I had a problem with my rear wheel this month, Winspace promptly responded to my email, gave me clear instructions on what they needed in terms of documentation, and approved my warranty coverage. The whole process on their side took a few days. I had a new replacement wheel on my doorstep 5 days later (from China to the US, no less). When a company takes care of me when something goes wrong, they actually earn more of my trust because they've demonstrated accountability and concern for me. They've earned a repeat customer!
