Dress with Shorts & Pockets
I purchased two dresses from this website. It took over 3 weeks to receive them. When they arrived the size & fit were not suitable. I ordered a UK 14 & I think they are more like a UK 16 & quite short in the body. I requested to return the items for a refund (within 14 days of receipt of the product) and they are now refusing. Instead suggesting that I gift the items to someone else. Absolutely terrible customer service & as far as I’m aware illegal to refuse a refund.
